• All Participants over 18 must
  • Sign a waiver
  • Present a photo ID
  • Sign Rental Safety Check Out/Acknowledgement
• If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian is required to sign the waiver for the minor.
• The RENTER fills out Rental Agreement and completes the walkaround worksheet. RENTER is responsible for any damage that occurs.
• Credit card matching the name on the reservation must be presented at check-in
• Please note that to participate, guests must be a minimum of 5 years of age and able to fit securely into the provided life jackets.
• Wear neoprene shorts or a bathing suit as you will get wet.
• Towel
• Sun protective clothing and or sunscreen.
• Avoid loose articles of clothing as they can become caught in the equipment and cause bodily harm.
• Please wear shoes from your car to the docks. You can remove them to board the personal watercraft. You may also choose to wear waterproof shoes that fit tightly around your ankles.
• It can be windy on the water, so make sure hats and glasses are secured to your person. There is no guarantee that items that fall into the water can be retrieved.
• Dry clothes to change into after your ride is complete.
• Typically the weather is terrific for riding, but it can become inclement quickly. Our ranger may cancel, delay or modify a trip if weather conditions are or become unfavorable. If the ranger cancels the trip, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. If the ranger decides that conditions are safe and the trip goes out, no refunds will be offered for those who choose not to go.
• Our rangers are trained and CPR certified. The ranger will accompany you for the duration of your ride and they are there for you if you need help. They carry waterproof VHF radios for communicating with the Coast Guard and home base.
