Where is Crazy Watersports located?

We are located at 5790 Dick Pond Road, Myrtle Beach SC 29588, across the street from River City Café.

How long is the ride?

We rent by the hour, half day (4 hours) or full day (6 hours).

Where do we ride?

We ride on the Intercoastal Waterway and the Waccamaw River.

How many riders can be accommodated on a trip?

We can accommodate up to 2 riders on each ski.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards or cash. Regardless of payment type we must have a valid credit card and driver’s license on file in case any damage to the ski occurs.

When is the rental season?

Mid-March through October. Trips depart 7 days a week.

Do I need a reservation to ride?

We highly recommend reservations. Reservations can be made online, by telephone or in person preferably at least 24 hours in advance

What is the cancellation policy?

You must cancel 24 hours (48 hours for holidays) prior to your ride to avoid your credit card from being charged.​

Where do I park?

Parking is free in our lot.
​

Where do I check in?

Check in at our dock at the white building. You must be checked in 35 minutes prior to your ride in order to complete the safety briefing.

What happens if the weather is inclement?

The ranger may cancel, delay or modify a trip if weather conditions are unfavorable or unsafe. If the ranger cancels the trip, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Do you have restrooms?

Yes. There are porta potties located in the parking lot.

Is there a place to store belongings?

​Although we suggest you leave all valuables in your locked car, we can accommodate small items in our locked dock box.
​

Are life jackets required?

Yes, each guest will be required to wear a life jacket for the duration of your ride. Life jackets will be provided.

Are tips included?

Tips can be added to your online reservation so you do not have to carry anything with you. If you do prefer to bring your wallet there will be an opportunity to give one at the end of your ride.
